About Us

Grizzly Supply Co was founded in April 2014 by an executive team that has been involved in the eCommerce & online retail business for over a combined 30 years plus selling many of the same, or similar products found on our website.


In the very beginning, we launched our business with nothing.  We started by working night & day, from our homes and garages, like most small businesses.  We grew so quickly that working with such limited space was a hindrance.  In October 2014 we signed a lease on our first warehouse, where we could dedicate space for storing, packing and shipping products.

  • 30 day returns from delivery date

  • You have 72 hours to report any defects or carrier damage
  • 7 day returns from delivery date
  • Returns are for store credit only
  • Only 24 hours, after that returns may be denied

Past Experiences

After working for other online retailers, we sought to launch and build a business that solved many issues in the industry today.  Many of these issues stem from lack of professionalism, poor ethical conduct, condescending customer service, and most importantly poor treatment of employees.  

At one company in particular, the hubris was so blinding, they could not see that those very issues were resulting in loss in market share, poor customer service feedback, poor brand recognition and ultimately terrible employee morale.

As a newer, growing company, our goal is to learn from those experiences and the mistakes of our competition to provide our customers with superior service and products.
